Things I Own That I'd Give As Gifts

Monday, November 18, 2019

Comin' at you with the first gift guide of the year and I can't even take credit for the theme. I've seen it floating around in blog world and thought it was a cool idea.

Think of it as one of those tags that we used to do- you know, 'the gift guide tag' or whatever. Fun!

Obviously there's a plethora of things I use that I'd recommend- otherwise I wouldn't use them. But there are some products that are just top tier, at the top of the monthly favorites list GOOD. These are what I'm listing out for you so you can shower everyone on your list with them. (& you know, maybe buy another for yourself... #treatyoself)

1// Bliss What A Melon Overnight Mask
I bought this when I was looking for a good hydrating mask, and it exceeded my expectations! It’s so smooth and a treat in my skincare routine. Plus it smells super yummy, so win win.

2// Botanics Facial Oil
Y’all know I’m VERY serious about skincare and this is my favorite rose oil to use as my last step in my nighttime routine. It’s light and refreshing and smoothing to the skin. Plus, Botanics is cruelty free, something extremely important to me & for that worth the recommendation alone.

3// Bite Matte Lipstick
Bite was a new to me brand when I found their matte lipstick, and it’s become one I reach for nearly everyday, especially this time of year. Perfect for the beauty maven who loves a matte.

4// Becca Tilley x Bar iii Midi Skirt
I recently dedicated an entire post to Becca Tilley’s collab with Bar iii, and her silk midi skirt is my favorite piece for sure and it’s perfect for any fashionista on your list. It comes in the coolest black and the prettiest pink and looks chic with basically any sweater ever!

5// LC Lauren Conrad Blazer
Blazers are a wardrobe MUST, and this LC  Lauren Conrad one is a favorite in my closet. Number one, I love the color. Number two, it layers so well with dresses & blouses. Perfect for the one who’s always layering, or for a business casual queen.

6// Scunci Headband
Headbands have been having a MOMENT & I have fully invested. Scunci has a line of hair accessories with Sincerely Jules, and the headbands are my favorite. They have lots of different designs and my favorite touch? They’re silky- right down to the ears- so you won’t get a pesky headband headache.

7// HP Sprocket Printer
If someone in your list is looking for a way to get the 943221 photos off their phone, a portable printer like the sprocket is the perfect pick. It’s Bluetooth compatible so you can print Polaroid size photos straight from your phone. Whilst the quality isn’t photo-lab worthy, it’s good for the pictures strung on your wall or put into a photo book.

8// YNM Weighted Blanket
One of my friends got me this weighted blanket last year, and I’ve been absolutely obsessed ever since. Whilst it’s a bit more of a big ticket item, it is 100% worth it for comfort on the temperature front AND the anxiety front.
