Ah, the weekend. A little source of rejuvenation. Here's how you can get the most out of it:

Digital Detox
There are plenty of benefits to doing a mini digital detox- so many that I'm thinking I'll have to try it out for myself! We don't even realize how active a role screens play in our daily lives, to the point it feels weird when our treasured phone isn't by our side. Treat yourself this weekend to a digital free day, or even a few hours. Stop & smell the roses!

Start a New Project
As much as Beyonce seems to get done in 24 hours, for many of us it's just not enough time to do all the things we need to, much less start anything new. So, take some time when you're not plagued by other priorities & get a new project going. Is there a recipe you wanna try? Craft you wanna DIY? Pour some wine & GO.

Grab a Friend
Weekends are just better with friends, yes? Grab one (or your whole girl gang!) & have a coffee date, see a new movie, or even go for an old-fashioned sleepover.
